The food was fresh and delicious. We didn't wait long for a table and the staff was always on top of our needs. Main parking was full but there was plenty of extended parking around to accommodate the restaurant. I highly recommend it.
Diana, thank you so much for your graciousness. The hot tea with a shot of tequila was what I really needed. I went in with an attack of my allergies and Diana was the most gracious hostess The host let me sit at the bar and made space for me and everything. without me having to ask Diana offered me the night special. If you're passing through Carlsbad, NM this is definitely a place to stop. I should have asked for a dessert to take home

Gabby our server was wonderful. Tending to all our needs. El Diamante unfortunately doesn't accept reservations during the weekend. However the place was super clean inside and outside. Dining choices are either inside or outside. To my surprise the food service was rather quick this time compared to the last time we were here. All in all a good time and a wonderful place to bring guests from out of town which was the reason we were here and to celebrate Easter dinner. Thanks Gabby for your awesome service.
If you want a good place family eat a good stake or a wonderful sea food tower just stop by and enjoy a good evening the service is excellent melisa is so amazing we were the last ones there and she always have a great actitud and always smiling I have being there two nights on a road We have an amazing time I recommend 1000% The guacamole with chcharrones are the boom
I was greeted with a smile when I entered. Friendly staff serve me with a smile. I ordered the enchilada plate. It waa fresh and tasty. I would return there.
We had a great dinner for a reasonable price. Our server was so nice. My husband had a Mexican Burger that had so much meat!! Beware the chili in top is HOT! He was sweating. For vegetarians, I had the cheese quesadilla and added a side of beans. The salsa is good, too. I would eat here again. Yum. La comida estaba buena. Buenas Noches!
First time dinning here, very nice place to eat with a relaxing atmosphere. Food was very good and had excellent service during non rush hour traffic. Will be back to celebrate anniversary with wife later this month.
